All orders are subject to acceptance by Aadinath Enterprises. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, or any other issues affecting our interests.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, cheques, and other agreed-upon methods.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due as per the terms specified in the invoice.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the invoice. Orders may be delayed or withheld until payments are settled in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will coordinate with the client for delivery schedules. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we aim to inform clients promptly.
Shipping and handling charges will be specified in the invoice.
5. Returns and Exchanges
As we are a B2B business, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Clients should inspect goods upon receipt and inform us within 7 days if any issues arise. No returns will be accepted after this period unless agreed upon by both parties.
6. Warranty and Liability
Product Warranty: We ensure that all products meet our quality standards before shipping. Any defects arising due to manufacturing issues will be rectified as per our warranty guidelines.
Limit of Liability: Aadinath Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to product designs, brand names, and logos, are the property of Aadinath Enterprises. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared in the course of business, including order details, pricing, and client lists.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Modifications to Terms
Aadinath Enterprises reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued business engagement will imply acceptance of such changes.
